The board is properly installed, the com port number is visible in the device manager and it works as expected.

Thanks for your reply. Could you provide more detailed information and allow me to ask several question. USB driver properly installed. Usb vid 10c4&pid ea60 0001 do not have a Fid Analyzer and this is on a customer’s computer so we do not have physical access to the computer only scheduled Remote Connections.

Any help to identify and viid this issue would be greatly appreciated. It should not be relative to our physical hardware as we have been selling this same product for 10 years and have not had this issue.

It works again on my Thinkpad. I dont have any rollback possibilities.
The hardware has thousands of units in ea6 field over that last 10 years. Previously, I installed manually the latest driver 6. I won’t try to update manually the driver. Hello, same issue on my side.
